項目位于武漢江夏區(qū)，地處長江中下游東南岸，其文化起源于水，境內(nèi)的湖泊星羅棋布，素有“百湖之縣”的美譽，是水居之城。

The project is located in Jiangxia District, Jiangxia District is located in the southeast coast of the Yangtze Plain, its culture originated from the water, the territory is dotted with lakes, known as the “County of 100 lakes” reputation, is the city of water.

項目位于江夏客廳西區(qū)的CBD 核心板塊，地理位置優(yōu)越；但在眾多臨湖樓盤的競爭下，自然資源不夠突出。

Located at the heart of the CBD in Jiangxia District's Western living room, the project is strategically located, but the natural resources are not prominent enough in the competition of the many buildings facing thelake.  

因此，如何在項目景觀資源不夠優(yōu)越的前提下，提升產(chǎn)品價值，營造獨一無二的高品質(zhì)空間體驗，是本項目面臨的一系列挑戰(zhàn)。

Therefore, how to enhance the value of the products and create a unique high-quality spatial experience is a series of challenges faced by the project. 

在設(shè)計過程中，采用以“水”為引，引湖水入園的設(shè)計手法，規(guī)避劣勢，提升產(chǎn)品的競爭優(yōu)勢。將現(xiàn)代、山水、科技的理念融入其中，不拘泥于風(fēng)格化的形式語言，意在展示“潯水穿城”的城市風(fēng)貌，重塑依水而居的生活場景。

In the design process, the design to“Water” as a guide, water into the park design approach to avoid disadvantages, enhance the competitive advantage of products. The idea of modern, landscape, science and Technology is integrated into the painting machine, which is not confined to the stylized formal language. 

設(shè)計上采用一種低調(diào)質(zhì)樸的姿態(tài)，以尋光，印月，停舟，歸棲，倚綠，入夢為故事線，以“沐光水韻”為主題，營造出清凈雅麗、依水而居的生活情景，展現(xiàn)“大隱隱于市”的極簡生活美學(xué)。

On the design with a kind of low-key simple posture, to seek light, print the moon, stop the boat, return to the roost, lean on the green, dream as the story line, with“Bathing light water rhyme” as the theme, to create a pure and elegant, water-based living scene, show the minimalist life aesthetics of“Great hidden in the city”.

尋光 / 韶光新啟

FIND THE LIGHT  /  TIME IS NEW

具有濃厚生活氣息的時尚花街、源于流水的鋪裝肌理和線型樹池一起，整體形成更具延展性的商業(yè)空間，也給場地帶來更加細膩的感觸和體驗。

The fashion Flower Street with strong life style, the pavement texture derived from flowing water, and the linear tree pool together form a more malleable commercial space, and bring a more delicate feeling and experience to the site.

印月/月印江城

SEAL THE MOON  /  MOON PRINTS RIVER CITY

入口空間以打開的形式向外展示，巨大的圓形水景映入眼簾，那由金屬拼接而成的樹成為視覺的交匯點；層層疊水之下篆刻著江夏的源遠流長，和周圍隱藏的燈帶一起，讓靈動的場景更富有生機與延續(xù)。

The entrance space opens out to reveal a large circular water scene, with a metal mosaic of trees at the visual intersection; beneath the layers of water, carved with the long history of the river and the surrounding hidden light strips, to make the vivid scene more lively and continuous.

停舟/停舟慢渡

STOP THE BOAT  /  STOP THE BOAT AND CROSS SLOWLY

穿過售樓部，眼前的景象截然不同。設(shè)計引自然之水入園，層層疊疊，傾瀉而下；周邊綠樹成蔭，煙霧繚繞，營造一種輕松、愜意的歸家感；夜幕降臨之際，燈光猶如盞盞漁火緩緩亮起，迎著晚霞，帶著對家的渴望，緩緩前行。

Walking through the sales office, the scene was very different. The design draws natural water into the garden, cascading down in layers; the surrounding trees are shady and smoky, creating a relaxed and comfortable feeling of homecoming; as night falls, the lights slowly light up like a fishing fire, facing the sunset, with the desire for home, walk Slowly.

歸棲/江畔漁火

HOME  /  FISHING FIRE BY THE RIVER

來到廊架之中，源于魚簍文化的鏤空景墻以及錐形燈，層疊而上，疏朗有致；光影下的廊架，曲折同幽，延伸了空間的視覺，移步景異于光影之中。

Coming into the gallery, the hollow landscape wall and the cone-shaped lamp, which originated from the fish basket culture, are stacked on top of each other in a sparse and graceful manner. The changes of the gallery frame under the light and shadow extend the vision of the space, and the winding path is secluded, moving into the different scenery in the light and shadow.

再往前走是廊架的端頭，透過朦朧的水幕，聽著淅淅瀝瀝的水聲，在靜水長流中體驗自然，在光影婆娑中感受生活，輕松閑適的氛圍讓人忘記了外界的喧囂與紛擾。

Further on was the end of the corridor. Through the Hazy Water Curtain, listening to the rhythm of the water, experiencing nature in the still water, experiencing life in the whirling light and shadow. The relaxed and relaxed atmosphere made people forget about the noise and disturbance from the outside world.

倚綠/螢飛映舞

GREEN LEAN  /  THE FIREFLIES ARE DANCING

廊架之后的庭院空間，是一處修養(yǎng)清心的凈土，白色的樹桌沿著大樹蜿蜒環(huán)繞，讓人不禁回憶起小時候在后院樹蔭下乘涼的場景；光影變幻，感受時間在這里輪轉(zhuǎn)，靜謐的空間與自然無限融合。

The courtyard space behind the VERANDA was a pure place to cultivate one's mind. The white tree tables were winding around the trees, reminding one of the scenes of enjoying the shade in the backyard when one was a child. The light and shadow were changing, and one could feel the rotation of time here, the space of tranquility merges with the nature infinitely.

 入夢/夢入花溪

FALLING ASLEEP  /  DREAMING OF HUAXI DISTRICT

邁著輕快的步伐，穿過蜿蜒的小路，感受叢林之下的漫漫花海，循著歸家的方向；在路的盡頭，可以享受舒適的交流空間，也可以近距離接觸精致的水景，感受最真實的自然體驗。

Walk Briskly through the winding path, feel the flowers under the jungle, and follow the direction of home; at the end of the road, you can enjoy the comfortable communication space, but also can get close to the exquisite water, feel the most authentic natural experience. 

    以設(shè)計回溯當(dāng)?shù)貧v史文脈，以時間雕琢不凡，用充滿藝術(shù)感的方式拉開生活的序章，使每一寸設(shè)計皆是照亮藝術(shù)之美的光。

To design back to the local context of history, with the time carved extraordinary, with a sense of art to open the prelude to life, so that every inch of design is to illuminate the beauty of art light.
